The Director of National Key Accounts is a senior, customer-facing leader responsible for building strategic partnerships and delivering solutions that create sustained competitive advantage with I&I’s most influential national accounts. This role demands a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and payer dynamics. Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the I&I portfolio and market trends, the Director will design and execute strategic engagement plans that align with customer priorities and Pfizer’s business objectives. Acting as a matrix leader, this individual will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders—including senior leadership, Health IT, Medical, Marketing, and Customer Effectiveness teams—to drive enterprise-level initiatives and deliver on revenue goals.
