This position serves as a corporate contact for current national account customers. Responsible for developing relationships with customers, negotiating contract renewals, ensuring operating locations follow contract requirements, working with operating companies to resolve any customer issues, and collaborating with customers on long-term growth strategies. Additionally, this role involves seeking new national accounts that fit the business model and working with operating locations on proposed contracts for these opportunities. At the start-up of a new account, this position is the point of contact to coordinate a smooth rollout of the new business. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
