About The Position

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Director of Monetization to own and lead the full economy and monetization strategy of The Win Zone. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will be the driving force behind every economic decision in the game. This individual will serve as the monetization authority of the game, guiding pricing, revenue strategy, and economic design with significant cross-functional influence across the organization. This position demands a high level of independence and accountability. The successful candidate will be expected to define the monetization strategy, build the frameworks, drive cross-functional alignment, and take full ownership of results. It requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and analytical execution at every level of the organization. Must be authorized to work in the US

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Monetization, or Game Economy roles (preferably in Gaming, Mobile, Social Casino, or B2C industries)
  • Deep analytical expertise with strong proficiency in building models, pricing frameworks, and deriving insights from complex datasets
  • Proven experience in pricing model development, revenue forecasting, and economic design
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently define strategy, set direction, and drive execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex economic and monetization concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and optimization frameworks

Nice To Haves

  • Background in behavioral economics or game design
  • Prior experience working with or alongside CRM and Live Ops teams
  • Experience in a fast-paced, live service game environment

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain the full in-game economy, ensuring a balanced, engaging, and monetization-optimized player experience.
  • Build and manage pricing models for in-game offers, bundles, and promotions, continuously testing and refining for maximum performance.
  • Own revenue reporting and forecasting processes; define KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through data analysis and structured experimentation.
  • Take full ownership of the game's revenue targets, driving the plans and initiatives required to meet and exceed them.
  • Design and lead structured test plans to continuously evolve and optimize the game's monetization and overall player experience.
