Role Overview EverPass Media is seeking a Director of Mid-Market Accounts to lead sales of streaming content to mid-market, multi-location bar and restaurant groups across the U.S. This is a player-coach role responsible for both closing new business and leading a small team of Account Executives & Account Managers focused on the mid-market hospitality segment. You and your team will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion—while serving as a trusted advisor to ownership groups and senior operators. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in consultative, high-volume environments and knows how to win with mid-market commercial customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to mid-market or multi-location commercial accounts
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders and variable deal sizes
  • Experience selling into bars, restaurants, or hospitality-adjacent businesses strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a player-coach or sales leadership role
  • Strong presence with the ability to influence owners, operators, and senior decision-makers
  • Comfort running high-velocity deal cycles while maintaining deal quality and forecast accuracy
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience navigating contracts, pricing, and operational considerations
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel to support customers, team members, and key deals
  • Experience selling media, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and regional bar and restaurant groups
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding mid-market accounts
  • Personally drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing multi-location hospitality groups
  • Manage and close end-to-end sales cycles including discovery and tailored proposals
  • Build strong relationships with owners, founders, regional operators, and senior operations leaders
  • Position EverPass Media as a revenue-driving, fan-acquisition, and retention solution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies, including upsells, renewals, and footprint expansion
  • Provide accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting; consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
  • Help refine mid-market sales motions, messaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approach
  • Represent EverPass Media at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed
