The Director of Men’s Wrestling Operations supports the daily operations, logistics, and administrative functions of the Iowa State University men’s wrestling program. This role collaborates closely with all wrestling coaches, athletics administration, compliance office, and campus partners to insure efficient program management, adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional policies, and an exceptional student‑athlete experience. This position requires strong organizational, decision‑making, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills. The role requires flexibility and quick-thinking, and the ability to work non‑traditional hours and travel with the team. You will be working with a small staff to help bring the vision of its leaders to reality. You also will work with a variety of constituents to solve problems and help them get the information they need. As an NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision athletics program and a founding member of the Big 12 Conference, Iowa State University sponsors 18 intercollegiate athletics teams and supports 450 student-athletes in their pursuit of academic and athletic excellence.
