The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing the overall operation of the center under the supervision of the Medical Director; Ensuring center staff follow Patient First policies and procedures; Coordinating center staff work schedules; Maintaining a positive relationship between patients, clients and staff; Interviewing, hiring, and evaluating center staff; Supervising and reviewing all checklists for each center department; Reviewing and coordinating the processing of all paperwork pertaining to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, status, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, staffing, etc.; Providing positive, warm and friendly customer service in all interactions; Fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere; Completing other duties as directed.
