About The Position

ProEdge is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing vision—elevating us from a leading single-category manufacturer to the most trusted partner in dental compliance solutions over the next three years. This leader will own impact throughout the customer journey, from positioning to campaign strategy, creative development, multi-channel execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing organization. You’ll own the stewardship of a deeply purposeful brand, establishing full lifecycle marketing systems that drive customer expansion and retention, innovating tribe-building campaigns and educational resources, and directing a team of creative marketers hungry for impact. Responsibilities

  • Stewarding a differentiated brand purpose and market conversation that builds deep resonance and trust, sustaining customer NPS above 50.
  • Architecting full customer lifecycle marketing system, generating 4X current annual new qualified lead pipeline in 18 months.
  • Positioning ProEdge as the go-to educational authority in our product categories, with external brand health metrics showing us as top 3 most credible partners in 36 months.
  • Achieving 25%+ YoY growth in subscription attributable to marketing initiatives in either new customer acquisition or account expansion by 18 months
  • Forging marketing-sales alignment through joint ownership of revenue objectives, achieving 85%+ sales satisfaction with enablement support
  • Leading marketing’s contribution to driving accelerated market share growth in water treatment (2X) while maintaining dominance in water testing over next 3 years (supported by new products)

  • Salary range of $170,000 to $210,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
