About The Position

As Director of Marketing, you'll be the architect of our brand presence and the driving force behind all marketing, communications, and digital strategy initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you'll partner with executive leadership to position Optimal Care as a trusted, high-quality healthcare organization while leading integrated campaigns that fuel growth and engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role where your creative vision, strategic thinking, and data-driven approach will shape how thousands of people experience our brand. You'll oversee everything from digital marketing and social media to internal communications, public relations, and sales enablement - building a cohesive brand story across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 5-7 years specifically in healthcare marketing (hospitals, health systems, medical practices, pharmaceutical companies)
  • Proven track record leading successful marketing teams and initiatives
  • Ability to develop data-informed strategies that drive business results
  • Outstanding copywriting skills across digital, brand, and executive communications
  • Deep proficiency in SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Expert with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization
  • Experience with budget oversight and ROI analysis
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, regulations, and industry dynamics
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and emerging marketing technologies
  • Ability to balance innovation with healthcare compliance requirements
