The Director of Marketing will oversee the marketing department. The team, the strategic execution, the budget deployment, and the pipeline number. This is not a senior IC role with a fancy title. You will lead a lean, focused team including a Senior Product Marketing Manager, an Associate Director of Events, contracted specialists, and future hires. You set direction, build the systems, and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes. Our market is intentionally specific. That means every dollar and every initiative must connect directly to pipeline. This role reports to the CXO. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive revenue impact.
