Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in consumer products.
Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and product innovation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for building brands that connect with consumers and deliver results

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across multiple product categories.
Brand Stewardship : Oversee brand architecture, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency and differentiation across all channels.
Consumer & Market Insights : Leverage research and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform go-to-market strategies.
Campaign Development : Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Innovation & Product Launches : Drive successful product introductions with compelling go-to-market plans and cross-functional alignment.
Team Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic investment.
Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with internal teams, retailers, influencers, and external agencies to amplify brand reach and impact.
Performance Optimization : Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, using data to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
Sales Enablement & Education : Equip the sales team with tools, messaging, and training to drive success in the field.
