The Director of Marketing will lead strategic marketing efforts supporting Dakota Bodies and CM Truck Beds, two core brands within ATW Truck Equipment Group. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for building brand strength, driving demand generation, and supporting dealer/distribution growth across North America. This position brings strategy, structure, and accountability to all marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Distribution, and Operations teams. The Director will play a critical role in accelerating growth across dealer networks, upfitters, and end-user segments (contractors, fleets, municipalities, etc.). We are seeking a proactive, data-driven marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and has a proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.
