Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Director of Marketing to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday or evening hours may be required as part of events or campaign support. The expected pay is $78,923.58 annually, DOE.

Requirements

  • College degree required.
  • 5-7 years of similar or related experience.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media
  • Experience in social media content creation and community engagement.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
  • Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Recruit, coach and oversee the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
  • Build a cohesive and high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Drive brand awareness and member growth through targeted and effective campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular market research.
  • Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and results throughout the credit union.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Attend select community events as a brand representative, ensuring strong public engagement.
  • Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
