About The Position

Marketing Director – Lead Generation & Growth | Madison, WI | Full-Time On-Site Lead. Innovate. Dominate. We are aggressively growing — targeting 50% annual growth — and we need a Marketing Director who can lead the charge. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing all marketing initiatives, including traditional marketing, face-to-face events, call center campaigns, and lead generation programs . You’ll manage the marketing budget, lead the team, and create strategies that drive measurable growth and out-execute the competition .

Requirements

Experienced in face-to-face marketing , events, and lead generation
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation
Lead and manage the entire marketing department, including budget and personnel
Execute face-to-face marketing programs: events, shows, canvassing, and call center outbound campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing drives revenue growth
Innovate and scale marketing efforts to match the vision of a company twice our size
