The Director of Marketing, Sports Medicine is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for the Sports Medicine portfolio within U.S. Orthopedics, including Shoulder, Knee, MTF, and BioBrace. This leader recruits, develops, and leads a high‑performing team of product and portfolio marketing professionals accountable for end‑to-end lifecycle management, from upstream pipeline development through downstream commercialization. This role partners closely with peers across Sales, Research & Development, Medical Education, Market Development, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Accounts to deliver sustained revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability aligned with Orthopedics business objectives.
