The Director of Marketing, DTC will run the paid-media engine for O Positiv, owning the strategy, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of all performance marketing efforts across channels such as Meta, Snapchat, and Pinterest. This highly strategic and analytical role focuses on driving customer demand and acquiring new customers for O Positiv’s women’s wellness products by optimizing campaigns, managing creatives, and allocating budgets to scale revenue significantly. We’re seeking someone who is hyper-analytical, data-driven, and entrepreneurial—capable of managing all paid media channels, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and executing projects on tight deadlines. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this leader will stay ahead of industry trends, make data-informed decisions to meet sharp KPIs, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The Director of Marketing, DTC will also lead the media buying team and work cross-functionally with creative strategists, omnichannel strategists, and paid search leads to expand marketing efforts and advance the brand.
