Requirements
- Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in public administration, architecture, engineering, construction management or related field or high school diploma and five years increasingly responsible experience in the administration of construction or maintenance projects.
- Valid California State driver's license.
- Valid California School Bus Certificate
- DOJ / FBI clearance
- TB clearance
