About The Position

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Director to lead a business unit, drive strategic initiates, and oversee the Operations & Maintenance of our Solar Projects. This role will focus on overseeing and growing the ongoing operations of our portfolio of solar installations in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and the surrounding states. Some solar expertise is preferred, with a strong track record for business growth. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role is in office at Lexington Kentucky, applicants must be local to Lexington, KY or the surrounding area. This position does not include a relocation package. Requirements

Proven track record of success in business development, including client acquisition and relationship management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to travel as needed for business development and project oversight.
