As a Director of Logistics, they will lead enterprise-wide warehouse and logistics operations across our multi-site food manufacturing network. Based in Lake Mary, Florida, this highly visible leadership role is responsible for developing and executing standardized warehousing and logistics strategies that improve service, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The Director will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to support our continued growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Multi-site leadership experience required.
Experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or CPG environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute an enterprise warehouse and logistics strategy aligned with business growth, service, and cost objectives.
Provide functional oversight of warehouse operations across four food manufacturing sites.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirements.
Optimize inventory accuracy, space utilization, labor productivity, and material flow.
Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, freight strategy, carrier performance, and contract negotiations.
Improve OTIF performance while managing freight and logistics costs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Partner with IT to enhance WMS, TMS, ERP, and data analytics capabilities.
Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse and logistics leaders across all sites.
Manage warehouse and logistics budgets while identifying sustainable cost-saving opportunities.
