The Director of Local Programming will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of SFM's local programming initiatives, which include sports leagues/camps/clinics, tournaments, special events, birthday parties, and other sports or non-sport programming concepts. This role will establish programming operational standards, identify strategic programming initiatives and partnerships, evaluate programming needs within each venue, and provide support and recommendations to the venue staff. This position will work closely with venue leaders and other internal departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to continuously improve and develop venue programming.
