Right at Home is looking for an experienced Director of Learning & Enablement! In this position, you will will ensure strategic initiatives are translated into coordinated execution, clear franchisee communication, and sustained adoption across the system. By aligning project management, franchisee engagement, and learning strategy, this role drives disciplined rollout and long-term capability development in support of the Right at Home operating model, including ownership of core Franchisee training and RightStart Residence Week as a critical onboarding milestone. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field or comparable professional experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program leadership, operational execution, change management, communications, or related enterprise roles
  • 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams, ideally including Project Management, Change/Enablement, or Communications functions
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution and sustained adoption
  • Experience contributing to or strengthening PMO governance, initiative sequencing, and execution discipline within a structured portfolio environment
  • Experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 Project/Planner, or comparable platforms) to drive visibility, reporting, and accountability
  • Experience designing and implementing structured change and communication strategies that support measurable adoption
  • Experience integrating training, SOPs, and best practices into broader enterprise change efforts

  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, healthcare, or distributed field environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and coach a cross-functional Learning & Enablement team, including Project Management, Franchisee Communication & Engagement, Learning Facilitation, Instructional Design, and support roles, ensuring clear accountability, role clarity, and performance expectations
  • Reinforce strong collaboration across project management, communications, and learning functions to ensure disciplined, coordinated execution of enterprise initiatives from design through sustained franchisee adoption
  • Provide strategic oversight of project governance and execution discipline, ensuring initiatives operate within defined scope, sequencing, and standards, and offering guidance and escalation support for complex stakeholder, capacity, or risk challenges
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional alignment processes for major initiatives, monitoring stakeholder engagement, capacity considerations, and risk signals to support enterprise priorities, operational sustainability, and franchisee impact
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for Franchisee Communication & Engagement, ensuring initiative-related communications align to enterprise priorities, communication standards, and effective cadence, clarity, and field impact, supported by structured feedback loops
  • Define and oversee franchisee core learning pathways and curriculum alignment, ensuring learning content, enablement resources, and reinforcement strategies support operational realities, system changes, and enterprise initiatives
  • Oversee the quality, consistency, effectiveness, and adoption of learning and enablement assets, including best practices, SOPs, executive materials, and rollout frameworks, using learning effectiveness metrics and adoption indicators
  • Ensure alignment of learning strategy within the broader RightStart onboarding journey, including ownership of the strategy, design oversight, and continuous improvement of RightStart Residence Week to reflect current systems, operating expectations, and enterprise priorities
  • Ensure all major initiatives include structured enablement and reinforcement plans that support sustained franchisee adoption, incorporating internal stakeholder and franchisee feedback to identify systemic friction points and drive continuous improvement across execution, communication, and learning strategies
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
