SPAR is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to build and lead a centralized Learning & Workforce Enablement function. This is a ground-up opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at creating structure, driving clarity, and delivering measurable business impact. In this role, you will design and execute SPAR’s national training strategy across field operations, safety, leadership development, and compliance. This position blends strategy and execution, requiring a leader who can build scalable frameworks while remaining closely connected to Field Operations, Client Services, Talent, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure learning directly drives business performance.
