What You'll Do Haxtun Health is seeking an engaged, team-oriented leader to serve as our Director of Laboratory; someone who brings both strong leadership and a hands-on approach to supporting high-quality patient care. This is a working manager position that oversees daily lab operations while also performing clinical duties and participating in the on-call rotation. The Director ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and reliable diagnostic services for patients of all ages. This role provides guidance to staff, upholds quality and safety standards, supports continuous improvement, and ensures full compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Working closely with providers and clinical teams, the Director helps ensure efficient, dependable test results that reflect Haxtun Health’s commitment to exceptional, community-focused care. Please note: This is a working director position, requiring the incumbent to draw blood, work the bench, and take regular weekly on-call (about 10 days per month). Pay & Schedule: Starting Salary Range: $110,300 - $143,390 per year, depending on experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and seven (7) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist or in their specialty, under ASCP, NCA or equivalent as defined under CLIA ’88 regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Previous management experience or participation in management training program is preferred.
