The Director of Key Client Program will support the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer (“CMBDO”) and firm leadership to build, scale, and lead the firm’s Key Client Program to accelerate growth across the firm’s most strategic client relationships. This role is accountable for driving measurable revenue expansion, strengthening multi-practice penetration, and institutionalizing best-in-class key account leadership. The role oversees the firm’s most important clients and leads a team of Business Development Managers who support these key accounts. Success in this role depends on strong commercial leadership, the ability to operationalize strategy, and demonstrated commitment to coaching and mentoring BD Managers to elevate account management capabilities across the firm.
