Shermco Industries is seeking a Director of Key accounts to manage and grow strategic, high-value client relationships (ABB, Siemens, GE Vernova, Hitachi), acting as a senior advisor to C-suite executives, developing long-term account strategies, driving revenue growth, and coordinating internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, engineering) to ensure client satisfaction and exceed targets. With a focus on building executive-level trust, identifying expansion opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), negotiating complex deals, providing market insights, and delivering accurate forecasts and performance reports . This is an exciting time to join Shermco. Ideally you will reside in NC or TX (Houston) but we will consider other US locations. Travel is 50%.
