About The Position

About RYZE: We’re looking for a Director of Key Accounts to own and grow relationships with our biggest customers (think Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, Amazon, and strategic distribution partners). You’ll be the face of RYZE to these accounts, driving revenue growth, launching new products, negotiating joint business plans, and making sure our brand shines on-shelf and online. This role is equal parts strategic builder and hands-on operator, perfect for someone who knows how to win shelf space, drive velocity, and make sure we’re a must-have in every shopping cart. Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with national retail and marketplace accounts.
  • Deliver sales targets through joint business planning, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Own trade terms, category reviews, and distribution expansions with buyers.
  • Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Innovation to ensure flawless execution.
  • Use syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) and customer insights to drive decisions and sell stories.
  • Manage account managers/analysts (as team grows), mentoring them to execute at a high level.
  • Ensure our products are always in stock, displayed properly, and performing on shelf & online.
