About The Position

Lead IT at a PE-backed, multi-site healthcare platform through its next scale phase.
This role exists to move IT from “working hard” to “working at scale.”
What you’ll do
Set clear service desk priorities, SLAs, and performance visibility
Run MSP governance; hold vendors accountable to outcomes
Standardize endpoints, identity, network, and site services
Lead IT integration for new locations and teams
Ensure reliable security controls and incident readiness
Partner with operations, clinical leaders, and executives

Requirements

• Prior IT Director-level ownership, not just execution
• MSP or vendor-led operating model experience
• Multi-site environment experience
• M&A or integration exposure in fast-growth settings
• Strong executive and non-technical communication

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, MSO, or other regulated environment experience
• Repeated small-scale integrations vs one-off large projects
• Security execution experience beyond policy creation

Benefits

• Base salary target: $165k
• Base salary ceiling: ~$185k depending on profile
• Bonus incentive plus long-term upside
• Remote flexibility with travel support
