Under the Division Director of Infant, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the IOP-PHP Clinical Director oversees the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Division of Infant, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (ICAP). This position, held by Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Staff Psychologist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, will provide direct care, clinical leadership and oversight with program management ensuring high quality evidence-based care, adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards in adolescent mental health intensive treatment. This position reports directly to the ICAP Division Director. The IOP-PHP Clinical Director is essential for managing personnel, ensuring that clinical staff are well-trained, supported, and compliant with industry standards to deliver high-quality patient care. This position is 100% on-site. As employees of UCSF and contractors with the City of San Francisco, this position is an essential worker and will continue to support and provide direct service during a natural disaster and or pandemic. The salary range for this position is $113,800 - $242,800 (Annual Rate).
