About The Position

Eaton’s Aerospace Group is seeking a strategic, forward‑thinking Director of Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) to lead our enterprise‑wide planning ecosystem. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience leading teams (direct and indirect) in supply chain planning, SIOP/IBP, E2E planning, or operations within aerospace, industrial, or other complex global manufacturing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SIOP/IBP, capacity planning, network planning, inventory optimization, and procurement/materials planning.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability.
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed global organization.
  • Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, influential leadership style.
  • Results‑oriented, customer‑focused, and passionate about driving transformational change.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience advancing digital planning systems—Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, and analytics platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), project/program management, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Transform IBP/SIOP
  • Own and mature the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across Eaton Aerospace working closely with the manufacturing operations on all stages of the planning and execution process.
  • Drive an enterprise SIOP process that links long‑range forecasts with near‑term operational execution.
  • Ensure demand, supply, capacity, and inventory plans align to growth goals and financial expectations.
  • Build a connected E2E planning model—from SIOP → Network Planning → Operations.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, supply continuity, and delivery performance across global value streams.
  • Lead scenario planning and risk modeling using tools such as Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Build CoEs across material planning, procurement, order management, and planning analytics.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and best‑practice deployment across the planning ecosystem.
  • Deliver a unified consensus demand‑supply‑inventory plan as the primary input to financial forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, PLM, Commercial, and Technology teams.
  • Champion governance, KPIs, and decision‑rights that reinforce a “One Plan” culture.
  • Lead digital planning transformation, including advanced analytics and planning system enhancements.
  • Support system expansion, capability upgrades, and adoption across global locations.
  • Monitor process health with leading & lagging indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, benchmarking, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Serve as a change agent—training, coaching, and enabling teams to adopt and sustain IBP&E practices.
