About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to lead and scale our high-performance Inside Sales Center (ISC). This senior leadership role is accountable for building a predictable, scalable, and disciplined appointment-setting operation that delivers consistent results. This role owns outcomes—not activities. You will lead through managers, translate company goals into operating standards, and build the systems and controls required to sustain performance at scale.

Requirements

  • Director-level leadership experience in inside sales or call center environments
  • Experience leading managers and supervisors
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven leadership approach

  • Preferred experience in home services or high-ticket sales environments

Responsibilities

  • Own Inside Sales performance as a business function with measurable, repeatable outcomes
  • Translate company goals into KPIs, operating standards, and leader expectations
  • Proactively identify performance risk using leading indicators and trends
  • Build and enforce standardized operating playbooks
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and supervisors
  • Ensure leaders manage through data and performance reporting
  • Deliver a consistent, homeowner-centric customer experience
