the program’s reach and impact.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
• A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
• Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
