You will: · Lead with purpose by managing and growing a thriving private duty program that enhances the quality of life for our residents. · Deliver expert care through nursing assessments and skilled services that support wellness and independence. · Collaborate across disciplines as a valued member of the campus leadership and integrated care team. · Inspire excellence by guiding the IHS team in delivering compassionate, customer-focused care. · Build trusted relationships with residents and families to tailor services that empower their success. · Drive growth through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the program’s reach and impact.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
- A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
