About The Position

At the cutting edge of educational technology, Leading Educators is seeking a visionary Director of Innovation - AI Strategy who will pioneer transformative approaches to integrating artificial intelligence into educational ecosystems.
This role is a critical opportunity to shape how AI can revolutionize learning, teaching, and educational systems. You'll be responsible for developing strategic AI initiatives that go beyond technological implementation, focusing on responsible, ethical, and impactful AI integration that genuinely enhances educational outcomes.
As our Director of Innovation - AI Strategy, you'll bridge the gap between emerging technological possibilities and meaningful educational impact, crafting innovative pilots that demonstrate how AI can support educators, personalize learning, and create more adaptive, responsive educational experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management or design consultancy
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs
• Deep understanding of AI systems and their practical applications
• Strong skills in identifying and mitigating risks related to AI implementation
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create solutions from scratch
• Demonstrated success in building trust across various stakeholder groups
