About The Position

This is a full-time position that provides technology management and support to ArmadaCare. This person will report to the Chief Technology Officer of ArmadaCare for supervision purposes. This position is responsible for maintaining infrastructure, security, database, and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, SaaS, IT security, compliance, vendor management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT security controls, risk management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with security tools, cloud platforms, and compliance automation software.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor risk management and security assessments.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Needs to be receptive to and accepting guidance from others.
  • Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
  • Able to work well in a team environment and with a diverse group of people.
  • Experience with high level data management and databases
  • Awareness of AI tools and platforms for process and operational improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing SOC 2 Type 2 audits and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT and security requests for the SOC 2 Type 2 Annual Audit; ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy standards, collaborate with internal and external partners, and provide documentation upon request.
  • Manage Outsourced Help Desk, ensuring reported issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Manage organizational security; enforce security policies and best practices to safeguard the company’s IT infrastructure and data and regularly assess and enhance security measure to mitigate risks.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that contracts, service level agreements, and deliverables are met. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Oversee Salesforce activity and development.
  • Conduct regular database maintenance and performance monitoring. Address any issues to ensure optimal database functionality and reliability.
  • Assist with application and user support, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Monitor multi-database synchronizations for accuracy.
  • Regularly test systems for weaknesses and identify areas of improvement. Propose and implement solutions to enhance system performance, security, and functionality.
  • Maintain Data Dictionary and standard data control procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of data.
  • Such other duties or tasks to assist the department or organization as the supervisor may deem necessary.
