About The Position

Paslay Group is the premier, full-service consulting firm providing Executive Program Management for complex capital development programs and enterprise-level business advisory strategies to increase revenue, control costs, improve performance, and ensure long-term success. We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, with a strong focus on ERP, business systems, and M&A integration. This role will shape how technology supports growth, operational excellence, and long-term scalability. The position is based on-site at our Fort Worth, TX office.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of at least one major ERP implementation or migration as primary technology owner
  • Experience supporting M&A, including technology due diligence and post-close integration
  • Proven ability to build business cases and secure executive support for strategic technology investments
  • Strong background with modern ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and integrated business systems
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, enterprise integration, cybersecurity, and compliance
  • Experience implementing or leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics in a business context
  • Track record of effective budget management and cost optimization without compromising reliability or security
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with executive and operational leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, cloud or ERP certifications) are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives and M&A activity
  • Lead ERP modernization efforts, including platform evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization
  • Oversee integration of business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, BI) to create a unified, data-driven environment
  • Manage technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration plans for new acquisitions
  • Identify and manage equipment requirements across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for enterprise software, managed services, and technology equipment; negotiate agreements and ensure optimal value.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Establish and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Direct management of IT infrastructure (cloud platforms, networks, applications, disaster recovery, and business continuity)
  • Build and develop a high-performing IT team with clear objectives, coaching, and accountability
  • Manage IT budgets, drive cost optimization, and monitor total cost of ownership for key systems
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and other leaders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
