The Director of Information Technology is accountable for leading, evolving, and continuously improving CommunityAid’s technology function to support organizational priorities, operational excellence, and enterprise change. This role serves as the senior technology leader for the organization, owning IT execution, financial accountability, and adoption outcomes while partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on enterprise technology strategy. The Director leads and develops the IT team, establishes sustainable systems and processes, and ensures that technology investments deliver measurable operational, financial, and risk reduction value. This role acts as a strategic advisor to the CommunityAid Leadership Team (CLT), proposing technology strategies, roadmaps, and investment tradeoffs for evaluation and approval, while maintaining accountability for execution and organizational adoption once priorities are set.
