About The Position

TrulyFree.com is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director of Influencer & Creator Partnerships to lead and scale a high-performing affiliate and creator ecosystem. This leader will own the vision, structure, and performance of the influencer/creator channel—transforming it into a primary driver of customer acquisition, brand affinity, and revenue. This role will oversee Affiliate Managers and related team members, while also directly contributing to high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate is both a builder and operator—someone who can architect a best-in-class creator program while also rolling up their sleeves to unlock immediate growth through existing relationships and innovative partnership strategies.

Requirements

7–10+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
3–5+ years in a leadership or team management role
Proven track record of scaling influencer/affiliate programs into significant revenue channels
Strong, active network of creators, influencers, and/or agencies
Ability to immediately activate high-value partnerships
Deep expertise in creator monetization and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Data-driven decision-making with experience in affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, etc.)
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and results
Entrepreneurial mindset with a “builder” mentality
