Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York within the Food and Beverage Department in New York City, the Director of In-Room Dining is responsible for maintaining an efficient operation of the department and meet guests' expectations for quality of the product and service while making sure that all standards and procedures of the department are being followed. The Director of In- Room Dining reports to the Director of Food and Beverage.
