Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Radiologic Sciences, or related field).
Five (5) years of leadership or radiology management experience.

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or related).

Responsibilities

The Radiology Director provides strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for Hillcrest Medical Center.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient departmental operations, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement.
The Director partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to drive improved clinical outcomes, optimize resource utilization, enhance patient and physician satisfaction, and support organizational growth.
