Director of IDD Services
About The Position
Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of IDD Services to lead our programs supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and quality assurance IDD services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care in a respectful and empowering environment. You will work collaboratively with families and community partners to create personalized care plans and promote the overall well-being and independence of individuals with IDD. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within IDD services or related fields.
- Strong understanding of IDD regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong advocacy skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Experience with developing and managing budgets.

- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage programs and services for individuals with IDD.
- Oversee staff training, performance management, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and best practices in IDD services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to coordinate holistic care.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and reporting related to IDD services.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals with IDD within the community and beyond.
