As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dynamic HVAC Director to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and build a best-in-class team. As the HVAC Director, you’ll take ownership of operations and play a key role in scaling the business.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of operations leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or construction
• Strong expertise in residential HVAC systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations
• Strong understanding of sales performance and revenue-driving strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
• Oversee daily HVAC operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
• Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve performance
• Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs across operations and service teams
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
• Partner with sales leadership to execute revenue growth strategies
• Ensure all service jobs are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Lead, coach, and develop field and office teams
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
