About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic and people-driven Director of Sales to lead a team of seven Inside Sales Account Executives (AEs) focused on delivering complex equipment financing solutions to Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for developing talent and building lasting, high-value client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable to performance goals.
  • Experience driving growth through both client expansion and new account acquisition.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
