The Director of HR will lead human resources initiatives that will support a diverse workforce, strengthen compliance, and elevate the employee experience across the venue. This role will drive strategic HR programs while partnering closely with venue leadership to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience overseeing employee relations, compliance, and talent management programs
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead human resources strategy and operations for the venue
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance efforts
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
