Position: Director of Human Resources We’re seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking, employee‑centric HR Director to champion people initiatives across multiple regions and teams. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 5+ years in Human Resources / People & Culture
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Psychology preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership across all levels of an organization
- Strong business acumen with a people‑centered mindset
- Data analysis & reporting knowledge
- Master’s Degree a plus
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Responsibilities
- Shape and roll out company‑wide HR strategies
- Partner with senior leadership
- Lead HRBP teams
- Drive culture, engagement, and performance
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence in everything HR touches
- Foster a positive, engaging, people‑first workplace culture
- Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead performance evaluation, staffing, training & development efforts
- Coach and develop HRBP teams
- Partner with ER, Legal, L&D, and Recruitment teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
- Handle employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and consistency
- Anticipate and mitigate potential litigation risks
- Use HR data & metrics to guide business decisions
- Navigate and advise on employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
- Conduct investigations and maintain documentation integrity
