About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources – Healthcare to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role will drive organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives while supporting key HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, and change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience

  • Basic project management experience (planning, tracking, coordination)
