Requirements

  • Strong HR leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions: onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
  • Foster and strengthen a positive, engaging workplace culture
  • Partner with leadership to support team growth and development
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and company-wide programs
  • Support and advocate for our bilingual (Spanish/English) workforce
