Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel to meet organizational staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with all employment statutes and regulations
• Oversee wage administration, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment processes
• Develop, implement, and manage training and development programs for staff
• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to promote positive employee relations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making
• Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and industry best practices
