Softheon is seeking a hands-on, execution-driven, AI-forward Director of Human Resources & Talent to lead our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions during a critical period of growth and scale. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role responsible for day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition in a lean, high-accountability environment. The Director will directly oversee and execute core HR operations and talent initiatives while leading a small, high-impact team of four. Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to drive accountability across a fast-paced, founder-led organization. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Director will be responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling HR and Talent practices that support Softheon’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, regulatory environment, and remote, multi-state workforce. This role requires flexibility, resilience, and availability beyond standard business hours to address urgent business needs when required. Please note that the requirements of this role are beyond the 9am - 6pm scope. It is expected that all managers are available to the organization when needed.
