About The Position

Role: HR Director Field Ops We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: Be the friendly go-to person for retail, sales, cultivation, and production teams, answering questions and solving concerns quickly and professionally. Guide new hires through an amazing onboarding experience, from benefits enrollment to system access, making their first week a great one. Build strong connections between HR and other departments, aligning efforts to hit business goals and keeping everyone on the same page. Help team members navigate leave requests (like FMLA and PFML) by working with our 3rd-party vendor and ensuring everything stays compliant. Partner with managers on important HR tasks like accommodations, investigations, and terminations, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Own team member data in the HRIS, manage unemployment and workers' comp claims, and ensure smooth processes for onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
