The Director of Housing Stability provides strategic and operational leadership for Neighborhood House’s Housing Stability programs, ensuring they respond to changing community needs and align with the organization’s values of equity, inclusion, and radical hospitality. This role is accountable for program vision, performance, sustainability, and continuous improvement, and exercises independent judgment within approved organizational strategy, policies, and budgets. The Director oversees three programs, Crisis Support, Family Case Management, and Housing Search, that aim to prevent evictions and homelessness through emergency aid, financial support, and collaboration with county and community partners. As a member of the Neighborhood House leadership team, the Director also contributes to organization-wide strategy, alignment, and accountability, supporting the success of all programs and functions.
