This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat, serving more than 225,000 guests annually. The Director of Hospitality Technology is primarily responsible for leading platform governance, system integration, vendor management, vendor escalations, and continuous improvement. The role partners deeply with Operations to drive adoption, training, and measurable outcomes. This role is a senior positions that combine property technology planning/decision-making with full lifecycle ownership of hotel applications (PMS/POS and adjacent systems).
